When you place your order, you will be redirected straight to WhatsApp with your order summary prefilled. Our atelier team will confirm stock, provide bank transfer details, and answer any custom engraving or sizing requests.
Once payment is confirmed, in-stock pieces ship within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items are carefully cast and polished by our silversmiths within 3-5 days. We send tracking details directly to your WhatsApp and email.
