All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

After placing an online order, you are connected directly with our atelier team on WhatsApp to confirm details, stock availability, and complete payment via bank transfer. Orders become binding once payment confirmation is acknowledged by our team.

We ship across Indonesia via trusted domestic couriers (J&T, JNE, SiCepat). Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated and confirmed via WhatsApp based on your destination.

In-stock pieces ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order items require 3–5 working days for casting, stone setting, and final hand-polishing before dispatch.

We want you to love your jewelry. If a ring does not fit perfectly, we offer one complimentary resizing service within 14 days of receipt (shipping costs to/from our Klungkung studio are covered by the customer).

Items with manufacturing defects reported with photos within 7 days of delivery will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in full.

Custom engraved jewelry and personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable unless defective.

Our KILAU and MEDINI pieces are gold-plated (KILAU on a brass base). To keep your pieces shining, avoid contact with chlorine, perfumes, and abrasive chemicals.

Plating wears with polishing, so please do not polish gold-plated pieces. Wipe them with a soft dry cloth, and message us on WhatsApp for care advice.

Silversmithing class bookings are made via WhatsApp. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Vouchers are valid until their stated expiry, subject to a minimum spend, limited to one per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers used on a cancelled order are restored.

Customer reviews are verified and moderated. By submitting a review or photo, you grant Vishakawa Silver Class Klungkung permission to display it on our website and social channels.

We collect only the information required to process your order and coordinate shipping: name, email, phone number, and delivery address. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

All jewelry designs, product names, photos, and copy are the intellectual property of Vishakawa Silver Class Klungkung. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute with you directly and amicably.
